This report provides a record of the workshop on improving the communication of flood risks in the Dniester river basin. Participants included representatives of local authorities and key organizations from Moldova and Ukraine along with specialists from other European countries and international organizations. The summary is a synopsis of a study of the countries’ institutional capacities and practices.
