Looking through a gender lens, this OSCE study analyses the potential socioeconomic benefits of the transition to renewable energy for the five Central Asian countries. It considers how to develop an appropriately skilled labour force, and recommends strategies for harnessing the full potential of women’s participation and leadership in the transition and beyond.
