In this simulation exercise, participants assume roles as local authorities, farmers, hydropower companies, researchers, and civil society groups, and engage in stakeholder workshops to negotiate the implementation of a transboundary climate adaptation project. Tamlar 2.0 was developed in the context of the second Mountains Connect workshop, organized by ICIMOD and UNEP as part of Adaptation at Altitude.
