The report, poster, and video showcase how the ClimaProof project in the Western Balkans is helping the region reduce risks and adapt to climate change-related challenges by climate-proofing road infrastructure, installing green infrastructure and developing adaptation policy. The South-East European Platform to Beat Pollution aims tackle pollution in the region and provide a hub for knowledge on strategies and best practices to facilitate implementation of innovative pollution solutions in Western Balkan countries.
