This publication, produced by Zoi in collaboration with the OSCE, presents an analysis of regional energy cooperation in Afghanistan and Central Asia. It highlights key developments in Afghanistan’s energy sector since 2021, identifies risks to regional energy trade and infrastructure projects, and offers recommendations for enhancing energy security.
